Hi, my name is Era. I was born and raised in SC and I completed my acupuncture training at Jung Tao School of Chinese Medicine in Sugar Grove, NC. Does acupuncture hurt?

Glowpoint only uses special Seirin brand needles that are designed for nearly painless insertion.

How long before I see results?

Each person is different, but most patients see results within 4-6 treatments. Your goals and progress will be assessed at each visit.

Are there alternatives to needles?

Yes, a Glowpoint session might include Tui Na (medical massage), cupping, gua sha, or moxa (heat from burning mugwort) to address your concerns.
