Hi, my name is Era. I was born and raised in SC and I completed my acupuncture training at Jung Tao School of Chinese Medicine in Sugar Grove, NC. I specialize in women's health concerns and I love helping my patients feel like themselves again.In addition to classical acupuncture for pain and longevity, I treat hormonal imbalances like menstrual issues, fertility, and perimenopause. I also love giving my patients a glow up with cosmetic acupuncture!

Frequently Asked Questions

Does acupuncture hurt?

Acupuncture needles are incredibly small and produce very little pain. Glowpoint only uses special Seirin brand needles that are designed for nearly painless insertion.

How long before I see results?

Each person is different, but most patients see results within 3-6 treatments. For Cosmetic acupuncture, 6-10 treatments might be recommended. Your goals and progress will be assessed at each visit.

Where are you located?

We are located at 167C Bluffton Rd, inside the Holistic Wellness & Detox Center.

Are there alternatives to needles?

Yes, a Glowpoint session might include Tui Na (Chinese medical massage), cupping, gua sha, or moxa (heat from burning mugwort) to address your concerns.
